1. Introduction

Taggle Social Pte Ltd (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) provides Taggle App (“Taggle”) and various related services (collectively “Taggle”, “App” or “Platform”) to you as user (“You”), the “User”, subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced in this Privacy Policy, as well as any other written agreement between us and you (see our Terms of Use), and, by extension, any use of our app by someone other than you, when using your account. We may also make changes and updates to our Privacy Policy without notice to you and may have other policies. These should be read in conjunction with this Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Taggle and/or any of Taggle’s services collect, use, and disclose information about you, and applies to the processing of said information about you while using our Platform. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that you supply to third parties, other users, businesses, services and entities, and to information that may otherwise fall outside the scope of Taggle and/or any of Taggle’s services. Your privacy choices made in third-party sites or platforms will not apply to our use of your information on Taggle. Please see the relevant Privacy Policy for those not within the scope of Taggle.

Special Notice - if you are under 18 years old.

Our App is not directed at children under 18 years old, and we will not intentionally collect, use, provide, or otherwise process their personal information. For this reason, if you are under 18 years old, please do not send us any personal information about yourself (such as your name, date of birth, phone number, and email address). In the event that we discover that our App had collected personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete it.

2. Information Collected

  1. Registration information when creating an account, enter a promotion, join an activity, event, deal, and so on, or link your profile with a third-party site or platform with your account, such as your first name, surname, country, gender, date of birth, email address, username, password, contact number, and so on;
  2. Transaction information when you use our services, make a purchase, return, request, enquiry, exchange, refund, and so on, such as your postal address, contact number, payment information, and so on;
  3. Information when creating, joining, modifying, editing, and so on, “Taggles,” such as the title, description, date, time, location, gender, difficulty level, cost, special requirements, Taggle frame selection, and so on, and information when you answer surveys and/or questions sent by us via any form of communication;
  4. Information when chatting with other users in Taggle groups;
  5. Location information you provide when using Taggle from a mobile device or any other device that can be tracked, including information about physical properties, private properties, public properties, and so on, and including digital markers like your IP address, MAC address, and other identifiers;
  6. Information we obtain or are provided to us from third-party partners, sponsors, companies, entities, and so on, about your use of our platform in conjunction with said third parties;
  7. Activity information about your use of Taggle and any of its related services, such as the content you view, interact with, how often you do use our services, and so on;
  8. Information that we collect automatically from your use of Taggle or any of its services, such as log information, device information, location and geolocation information, and so on;
  9. Usage, viewing, technical, and device data when you visit our site, use our platform, use third-party sites or platforms, view our emails, promotions, offerings, and so on;
  10. Pictures and video information uploaded to Taggle or captured by Taggle in any of its activities, events, and so on;
  11. Voice chat, video chat, call information done through Taggle.

3. How We Collect Your Information

We collect your information when you interact with our site, app or platform, such as when you use our website, download and/or use our app, register with us, create, edit, and modify Taggles, answer any communication we may send, partake, participate, attend, interact, or perform at and/or with Taggle and its related services, including relevant third-party services, and all other physical and digital information related to our services, by using technologies that track and capture these information, such as but not limited to cookies, application programming interfaces, software development kits, and other digital tracking technologies. We also collect information to supplement, enhance, verify, and modify existing information, such as the validity of the information you supply.

4. How We Use Your Information

The processing of personal data shall always be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Personal Data Protection Act and The Privacy Act, and in accordance with the other country-specific data protection regulations applicable to Taggle.

We may use your information to provide, maintain, improve, regulate and enforce rules and regulations on Taggle and its services, including:

  1. Enforcing our Terms of Service and other applicable documents related to and within the scope of Taggle and its services, and by extension, third parties, subject to applicable laws and government requests and mandates, and we reserve the right to terminate your account based on our findings;
  2. Involving you in various tests and promotions on our Platform during the development of new features;
  3. Displaying your information to other users and to third-party services relevant to Taggle and its services;
  4. Personalising the content shown to you by our Platform and third-party services;
  5. Monitoring and analysing usage, trends, and other derivative data related to Taggle and its services;
  6. Detecting, investigating, preventing fraudulent transactions, abuse, illegal activities; protecting rights, enforcing safety, and abiding by applicable laws and government requests and mandates;
  7. Performing accounting and administrative tasks and other claims;
  8. Sending out communication via email, text, and so on from Taggle and its services and related third parties, about marketing, your safety, changes to the Platform, and so on;
  9. Responding to your enquiries, requests, questions, and so on;
  10. Notifying you about communications from other users on Taggle and its services and related third parties;
  11. Giving you notice of new changes, measures, features, implements, events and activities, alerts, announcements, administrative messages, and so on;
  12. Providing content, features, sponsorships, and opportunities that may interest you;
  13. Facilitating events, activities, sponsorships, and so on related to Taggle and its services and related third parties;
  14. Carrying out other purposes that will be described to you at the time we collect the information.

5. Sharing Your Information

We shall share your information only insofar as it is relevant to the scope of Taggle and its services and related third parties, including:

  1. Our Platform itself and its services, for internal reviews, testing, discussions, planning, and so on;
  2. Third parties, partners, sponsors, and other entities, for partnerships, promotions, events, activities, and so on with Taggle and its services;
  3. Authorities to comply with the law and other requirements and obligations;
  4. Affiliates, parent and/or child companies related to Taggle and its services.

We may share anonymised, desensitised, and/or aggregated information, and other forms of derived information. Such information is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

6. Deleting your account and data

When you delete your account, your data is deleted in compliance with the law and other legal requirements. However, data may be retained for operational, legal, financial, and other governing bodies.
